Technical Support & Maintenance
We offer Technical Support and Customization Maintenance
services associated to the Epicor Enterprise solution, regardless of who
implemented the product and/or developed the customizations.
The objectives of these services are to:
Act as a 2nd
line of support to end users by providing assistance to our customer’s
internal IT Help Desk personnel in the resolution of any technical or
functional issue associated with Epicor's product
Provide assistance
in the implementation of any new Service Pack and/or software upgrade
released by Epicor that brings potential benefit to our customer' s operations.
Support and
maintain any of the Epicor related customizations currently implemented.
